1. Product description It is spray drying natural butter essence powder. One pounds this product equivalently to 80-100 pounds butter. No preservative or coloring is added. It can increase fat taste and cream flavor to cover bad smell of the finished products. Approved by Kosher and USDA.

Yogurt reduce milk powder but no affect the original taste and flavor. Bake and toast enhance sweet smell and taste. Margarine let the margarine flavor and taste approximate to butter.
